Responsibilities:

 2, responsible for foreign customers to the domestic trademark registration, opposition, controversy, litigation;

 3, responsible for international business development company logo, processing, monitoring, service.

Qualifications:

 1, the formal institutions, in English, the legal profession, school entrance examination degree or above;

 2, six more than in English, proficiency in English legal instruments can be written;

 3, familiar with International Registration of Marks (Madrid and single) process, and was able to handle customer inquiries and cases;

 4, good communication skills, proficiency in using office software and networks;

 5, there is the ability to develop, trademark agents, lawyers and clients resources background is preferred.

 1, complete the application for trademark agent, trademark renewals, trademark changes, trademark transfer, trademark opposition, trademark and other trademarks review of agency services;

 2, college or undergraduate degree, appearance and correct;

 3, good moral character, the flexibility and strong communication skills;

 4, have good communication and language skills;

 5, a trademark office trademark agency experience is preferred.
